Exquisite rare large antique rocking horse circa 1860 on bow rocker.

He Has been fully restored to a high standard to include structural work, a sympathetic authentic replacement bow & repainting & distressing to an antique finish in keeping with his age.

He is extra carved, with fine detail to his face including a tongue, pronounced eyebrows and stifles, neck to chest and a sloping rump... he has an extreme turn to his head to the right side if in the riding position - in approx line with his front right leg. 

His overall height is 47"  Width 24" & overall length 75"
